The spirit of no one left behind<\/em> is the guiding principle for Midwife Serlina Jawa Mukin. After attending the Family Planning (FP) training organized by the IPAS Indonesia Foundation in December 2023, she was willing to share her knowledge with midwives who did not attend the training and were assigned to the neighboring village. <\/p>\n \u201cPersonally, after attending that training, I felt that other midwives deserved to benefit from this knowledge,\u201d recalled Midwife Serlina.<\/p>\n \u201cAt that time, I hesitated to share and provide assistance to other midwives, wondering if this would violate any regulations, so I consulted with the IPAS Indonesia Foundation,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n At that time, Midwife Serlina stated that a midwife from Lewoawang Village requested her to provide clinical assistance. The terrain leading to the village is quite dangerous, as it is surrounded by cliffs. High caution is required when traversing this road due to frequent rockslides from the cliffs. <\/p>\n Usually, for this assistance, she would make an appointment beforehand. Colleagues are given an explanation first.
