The implementation of CPGs and SOPs can ensure equitable and quality access to Comprehensive PMC services in Kupang City, Kupang Regency, South Central Timor Regency (TTS), and East Flores Regency. <\/p>\n<p>In her opening remarks, the Head of the NTT Provincial Health Office, drg. Iin Andriani, M.Kes., stated that women who experience miscarriage need to be provided with comprehensive and quality PMC services. In NTT itself, these services remain difficult for the public to access due to a lack of competent healthcare Human Resources (HR), limited equipment, and unavailable medication.   <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the NTT region, only about 30% of community health centers meet the healthcare HR standards based on regulations from the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Thanks to cooperation with partners, such as the IPAS Indonesia Foundation, the government is greatly assisted in addressing these issues, especially in reproductive health services for women,&#8221; said drg. This activity was designed interactively and conducted in a hybrid format, facilitated by Prof. Dr. dr. Eka Rusdianto Gunardi, SpOG, Subsp.F.E.R, MPH, and dr. Ilham Utama Surya, SpOG.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cStandardization is necessary to improve the quality of services and patient safety, reduce unnecessary or harmful medical interventions for patients, and provide the best treatment options for patients,\u201d said Prof. Eka. <\/p>\n<p>This activity agreed upon several updated documents in accordance with the Comprehensive and Women-Centered PAC Guidelines, namely 1 Comprehensive PAC CPG for hospitals, 1 Comprehensive PAC CPG for community health centers, and 5 SOPs as derivatives of the CPGs that can be used by both healthcare facilities. <\/p>\n<p>This workshop is not only a learning platform but also a starting point for greater change. This has enabled us to understand the needs of the healthcare team and provide support to ensure comprehensive APK services can be implemented effectively,&#8221; stated Mr. Aris, a member of the management team from Prof. Dr. W.Z. Johannes Regional General Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cusually, it&#8217;s only training for healthcare professionals, so we in management don&#8217;t understand their needs.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>This workshop emphasizes that the strengthening and involvement of healthcare facility management teams and health departments in developing CPGs and their derivatives, SOPs, are crucial stages that need to be implemented after clinical training. This process provides management teams with an understanding to support healthcare professionals in implementing services in accordance with the latest standards presented in clinical training. Dengan adanya PPK dan SPO dapat memastikan akses layanan APK Komprehensif yang merata dan berkualitas di Kota Kupang, Kabupaten Kupang, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS), dan Kabupaten Flores Timur.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Dalam pembukaannya, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi NTT drg. Iin Andriani, M.Kes. mengatakan perempuan yang mengalami keguguran perlu diberikan layanan\u00a0 APK yang komprehensif dan berkualitas. Di NTT sendiri, layanan ini masih sulit diakses oleh masyarakat karena Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) kesehatan yang belum berkompeten, alat terbatas, dan obat yang tidak tersedia.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>\u201cDi wilayah NTT, puskesmas yang memiliki standar SDM kesehatan berdasarkan ketentuan dari Kemenkes RI hanya sekitar 30%. Berkat kerja sama dengan mitra, seperti Yayasan IPAS Indonesia, maka pemerintah sangat terbantu untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah ini terutama dalam layanan kesehatan reproduksi bagi perempuan\u201d, ujar drg. Kegiatan ini dirancang secara interaktif dan dilakukan secara hibrid yang difasilitasi oleh Prof. Dr. dr. Eka Rusdianto Gunardi, SpOG, Subsp.F.E.R, MPH dan dr. Ilham Utama Surya, SpOG.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>\u201cStandarisasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien, mengurangi intervensi medis yang tidak perlu atau berbahaya bagi pasien, dan memberikan pilihan pengobatan terbaik bagi pasien\u201d, ujar Prof. Eka.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Kegiatan ini menyepakati beberapa dokumen yang telah diperbarui sesuai Pedoman APK yang Komprehensif dan Berpusat pada Perempuan, yaitu 1 PPK APK Komprehensif untuk RS, 1 PPK APK Komprehensif untuk puskesmas, dan 5 SOP sebagai turunan PPK yang dapat digunakan oleh kedua fasilitas kesehatan tersebut.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Workshop ini tidak hanya menjadi ajang pembelajaran, tetapi juga titik awal perubahan yang lebih besar. Proses ini memberikan pemahaman bagi tim manajemen untuk mendukung tenaga kesehatan mengimplementasikan layanan sesuai dengan standar terbaru yang disampaikan pada pelatihan klinis.
