KPKPST has been working for over twenty years in Central Sulawesi, in the aftermath of the Poso conflict and the 2018 earthquake-tsunami disaster, to advocate for women&#8217;s issues. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KPKPST works with grassroots community women by establishing women-friendly spaces and sexual violence complaint posts, and by training women to become leaders in their respective communities. These women leaders serve as community facilitators in their daily lives and are able to educate their peers on various issues. Currently, KPKPST supports 20 villages spread across Sigi and Donggala Regencies.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge regarding women&#8217;s sexual and reproductive health is a fundamental right. However, access to this knowledge is often challenging due to various factors, such as the limited number of healthcare professionals in villages, infrequent reproductive health education, and long distances to healthcare facilities. KPKPST and the IPAS Indonesia Foundation share a unified vision that it is crucial for women to possess comprehensive knowledge about their sexual and reproductive health.  <\/p>\n<p>Before initiating the women&#8217;s organizing and policy advocacy project scheduled for July \u2013 October 2022, IPAS provided capacity building to field coordinators and community leaders supported by KPKPST through VCAT Training. KPKPST telah bekerja lebih dari dua puluh tahun di Sulawesi Tengah dalam situasi pasca konflik Poso dan pasca bencana gempa tsunami 2018 lalu untuk mengadvokasi isu-isu perempuan.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>KPKPST bekerja dersama perempuan-perempuan komunitas diakar rumput dengan membangun ruang ramah perempuan dan pos-pos pengaduan kekerasan seksual dengan melatih perempuan-perempuan untuk menjadi pemimpin dikomunitasnya masing-masing. Perempuan pemimpin ini dalam kesehariannya menjadi fasilator komunitas dan mampu mengedukasi sesamanya dalam berbagai isu. Saat ini KPKPST mendampingi 20 Desa yang tersebar di Kabupaten Sigi dan Donggala.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan dan reproduksi seksual perempuan adalah hak yang sudah seharusnya dinikmati. Namun pada kenyataanya akses ini sulit untuk didapatkan karena beberapa kondisi seperti minimnya petugas kesehatan di desa atau, jarang ada penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi, jauhnya jarak ke rumah sakit, dan sebagainya. KPKPST dan Yayasan IPAS Indonesia bersatu visi bahwa penting bagi perempuan untuk memiliki pengetahuan yang komprehensif mengenai kesehatan seksual dan reproduksinya.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Sebelum memulai proyek pengorganisasian perempuan dan pengadovokasian kebijakan pada Juli \u2013 Oktober 2022 mendatang, IPAS memberikan capacity building bagi koordinator lapangan dan para pemimpin komunitas asuhan KPKPST dalam bentuk Training VCAT.
