As an effort to encourage the availability of comprehensive, woman-centered Post-Abortion Care (PAC) services throughout Indonesia and to improve access and quality of family planning services, especially post-abortion contraception, the IPAS Indonesia Foundation collaborates with cross-sectoral partners through a working meeting of the POGI Family Planning Working Group with its partners.<\/p>\n

This working meeting is part of the 24th Indonesian Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology (KOGI), attended by cross-sectoral representatives, professional colleagues, and experts. The IPAS Foundation supported the organization of this meeting, which was held in a hybrid format on July 23, 2022, in Pekanbaru, as a pre-Congress KOGI activity for July 25 \u2013 27, 2022.
The theme of this year’s POGI Family Planning and Reproductive Health Working Group meeting is to improve access and quality of Family Planning and Reproductive Health services, as well as efforts to reduce stunting through Postpartum Family Planning in Indonesia. These concrete efforts involve both service providers and policymakers.

  1. Dr. Ilyas Angsar, SpOG, Head of the POGI Family Planning and Reproductive Health Working Group, presented a review of the Working Group’s performance for 2018-2022.<\/li>\n
  2. Dr. Eni Gustina, MPH, Deputy for Family Planning and Reproductive Health, presented on BKKBN’s policy regarding Family Planning and Reproductive Health services.<\/li>\n
  3. Drg. Kartini Rustandi, M.Kes., Director of Productive Age and Elderly Health, presented on the Ministry of Health’s policy regarding Family Planning and Reproductive Health services.<\/li>\n
  4. Dr. dr. Donel, SpOG(K), Head of the POGI Pekanbaru Branch, shared experiences participating in the Training of Trainers (TOT) for Contraceptive Services with the new curriculum module \u2013 Dr. dr. Donel, SpOG(K) \u2013 Head of the POGI Pekanbaru Branch.<\/li>\n
  5. Dr. R. Detty Siti Nurdiaty, MPH, PhD, SpOG(K), presented on the training for Post-Abortion Care (PAC) services using AVM.<\/li>\n
  6. Prof. Dr. dr. Budi Wiweko, SpOG(K), MPH, Secretary-General of PP POGI, presented on Contraceptive Services training using metaverse technology (Augmented and Virtual Reality).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Through this activity, it is hoped to strengthen cooperation with POGI, especially the Family Planning and Reproductive Health Working Group, the Ministry of Health, BKKBN, Ob\/Gyn residency education centers, and other partners. Furthermore, this activity also demonstrates the IPAS Indonesia Foundation’s continuous support for the government in reducing Maternal Mortality Rates and improving the health status of women and adolescent girls in general. <\/p>\n

    Sebagai upaya mendorong tersedianya layanan Asuhan Pasca Keguguran (APK) komprehensif yang berpusat pada perempuan di seluruh Indonesia dan meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pelayanan KB khususnya kontrasepsi pasca keguguran, Yayasan IPAS Indonesia berkolaborasi dengan lintas sektor melalui kegiatan rapat kerja Pokja KB PP POGI bersama mitra kerja.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    Rapat kerja ini merupakan bagian dari Kongres Obstetri dan Ginekologi Indonesia (KOGI) ke-24 yang dihadiri oleh lintas sektor, sejawat profesi dan para pakar. Yayasan IPAS mendukung terselenggaranya rapat tersebut yang dilaksanakan secara hybrid pada 23 Juli 2022 di Pekanbaru sebagai kegiatan pra-Kongres KOGI pada 25 \u2013 27 Juli 2022.
    Tema rapat kerja Pokja KB dan Kesehatan Reproduksi POGI tahun ini adalah meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pelayanan KB dan Kesehatan Reproduksi, sserta upaya penurunan stunting melalui KB Pasca Persalinan di Indonesia. Upaya-upaya konkrit tersebut mencakup tingkat pelayanan maupun pengambil kebijakan.

    1. dr. Ilyas Angsar SpOG, Ketua Pokja KB dan Kespro, menyampaikan review kinerja Pokja KB dan Kespro POGI tahun 2018-2022.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
    2. Dr. Eni Gustina, MPH, Deputi Bidang Keluarga Berencana dan Kesehatan Reproduksi, menyampaikan tentang kebijakan BKKBN dalam pelayanan KB dan Kespro.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
    3. Drg. Kartini Rustandi, M.Kes., Direktur Kesehatan Usia Produktif dan Lanjut Usia, menyampaikan tentang kebijakan Kemenkes dalam Pelayanan KB dan Kespro.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
    4. Dr. dr. Donel, SpOG(K), Ketua Cabang POGI Pekanbaru, menyampaikan pengalaman mengikuti TOT Pelayanan Kontrasepsi dengan Kurmod baru \u2013 Dr. dr. Donel, SpOG(K) \u2013 Ketua Cabang POGI Pekanbaru.<\/li>\r\n\r\n

      Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mempererat hubungan kerja sama dengan POGI khususnya Pokja KB dan Kespro, Kementerian Kesehatan, BKKBN, senter pendidikan PPDS Obsgin, dan mitra-mitra kerja lainnya.
